 | MISSING CHRISTMAS ALREADY? |
If only every trial were as funny as this National Shakespeare Award-winning play! Let the Christmas spirit last a little longer and come see The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge at the Kirkland Performance Center in downtown Kirkland, January 8th-10th, 2010.
Just one year after his miraculous transformation, Ebenezer Scrooge is back to his old ways and is suing Jacob Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future for breaking and entering, kidnapping, slander, pain and suffering, attempted murder and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. One by one, Bob Cratchit, Scrooge's nephew Fred, solicitor and philanthropist Sara Anne Wainwright, and the ghosts themselves take the witness stand to give their account of that famous night. Can the spirit of Christmas survive? If laughter and goodwill are any indication, Christmas is here to stay! The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge is directed by Bill Huls and stars NW Favorite Robert Alan Barnett with Keith Remon, Doug Knoop, Nathaniel Jones, Jason Pead, Ellen Zambrowsky-Huls, Sean Maurer, Heather McRobbie and Elizabeth Adkisson. The Trial of Ebenezer Scrooge runs January 8th-10th at the Kirkland Performance Center (350 Kirkland Ave.). Friday performance is at 7:30pm, Saturday performance is at 8pm, and the Sunday matinee is at 3pm. Single show tickets are $30.00 for adults, $25 for seniors and $10 for youth.
