In person Auditions have already been conducted. However, we still haven't gotten many submissions for two key roles, (listed below). To audition, submit a recording of your audition (materials for which will be provided in advance)

Roles: ALETHIA: Age 50+ Recently widowed, Alethia is moving to Silverspring to live with her daughter; she is kind and warm, but is deathly afraid of being alone and of dying; she is quite superstitious, and her fear of death and of solitude eventually overrules her logical mind and she begins to fear the supernatural elements of the forest; the year being 1860, Alethia's role, like all the roles in this film, requires that the actor assume the accent/dialect/speech-pattern of the time, which will be covered in rehearsals.
JUDD: AGE 30 - 70 A self-important and power-hungry reverend; integral character in the film; he claims to be preaching the word of God. Judd is an intimidating man, who makes sure everybody knows he's in charge; when Clara enters the group, he blames the supernatural circumstance surrounding her for the group's misfortunes; his presence, along with the otherworldly nature of the forest, forces the group into situations they'd otherwise prefer to avoid; the year being 1860, Judd's role, like all the roles in this film, requires that the actor assume the accent/dialect/speech-pattern of the time, which will be covered in rehearsals.
